1. Professional Resume

2. Customised Cover Letter

It is important to include a well-written cover letter when you apply for jobs.
Stand out from the crowd by engaging one of our consultants to write a customised cover letter for you that highlights your relevant skills and experience. We can tailor your cover letter for a specific role, or write a general cover letter for you that you can use to apply for a variety of positions.

3. Selection Criteria

If you are applying for a government position, you need to address the selection criteria in a separate document and include it in your job application. Our consultants can help you prepare a well-written, polished response for each of the criteria to give you the best possible chance of securing an interview. If you wish to proceed with this service, please email us the job advertisement and 1 or 2 examples for each of the criteria using the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result). See an example. We will then contact you to get additional information. Once we have all the necessary information, we will prepare a draft and email it to you.

Suitable for high school students, recent school leavers and tafe/university graduates with up to 2 years work experience.

Suitable for people with over 2 years work experience who are employed up to middle management level.

The Process

  • To make an enquiry or get a quote, please complete our online questionnaire
  • We will then contact you to discuss your needs and requirements.
  • Once we have all the necessary information, we will prepare a draft of your documents and email them to you in MS Word format.
  • Once you have reviewed your draft and made any changes, we will prepare a final version of your documents and email them to you.

Please note:

All fees quoted include up to 2 revisions of your documents. Revisions must be supplied within 2 weeks from the date of your first draft. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee.
