Melita Long has 16 years’ experience in career coaching, marketing, recruitment and training, working in financial and professional services, education, technology and government in Australia, NZ, Germany and the UK. With exposure to a broad range of industries and careers, she easily relates to many professions and industries. Since 2003, Melita has coached hundreds of clients, from graduates to CEOs, to successfully identify and gain their ideal career, providing career coaching, outplacement, resume writing, job hunting and interview training.
Melita holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in German from Victoria University, a TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development through RMIT. She is a Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
With her warm, caring, client-centric style, Melita easily builds rapport with clients to quickly understand their career needs. She helps clients identify their values, interests, transferable skills and achievements and boosts their confidence in the process.
