EXECUTIVE CAREER COACHING PROGRAM

*This program is designed for Senior Managers and Executives. If you are a high school student or adult working in entry level up to middle management, please see our Standard Career Counselling Program.

Step 1 - Online Career Assessment

In this program, we start by assessing your interests, values and personality to identify the careers, industries and work environment that best suit you. Prior to your consultation, your Career Coach will forward you the instructions for the following two career assessments:

a) Career Interests Profiler

The Career Interests Profiler assesses your interest in a variety of activities, industries and occupations to determine the careers and areas of study you are most likely to enjoy. It is based on over 5 years of research and contains an extensive database of more than 500 careers and courses. Duration: Approx 20 minutes

See a Sample Report!

b) Career Personality Profiler

The Career Personality Profiler is based on the theory of psychological types described by Swiss psychiatrist C.G Jung and Isabel Myers. It assesses four aspects of your personality based on the following scales: Informer-Reflector, Producer-Creator, Analyser-Helper and Planner-Adapter. Duration: Approx 10 minutes

See a Sample Report!

Step 2 - Career Consultation (Face-to-Face or Phone)

Once you have taken the two assessments online, your Career Coach will prepare detailed information for you on your career options. During your consultation, they will go through your results and give you advice on your career, course and employment options.

During your consultation, you will:

  • Discover the careers that best suit your interests, values and personality;
  • Explore your career options and get help identifying the career that best suits you;
  • Get advice on how to position yourself in the market and sell yourself effectively to employers;
  • Learn about your course options including postgraduate degrees and MBA programs;
  • Get feedback on your resume and advice on how to tailor it for different positions; and

Testimonials

Drew,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the help you’ve given me over our two meetings. Your advice on "life after redundancy" and how to go about finding a new job for myself has been invaluable. The interview skills we went over yesterday have given me more confidence. Thank you also for the professional resume. So many thanks for all you’ve done and I’ll let you know when I find a job.

Best wishes,

D Harris

Dear Jane

I can't thank you enough for your help and support through the coaching program and feel that your help has really allowed me to take some big steps forward.

Chris, Manager at SCA Group

Hi Catriona,

I wanted to tell you how FANTASTIC the meeting was. I came out of there completely inspired for the first time in years and confident to make some firm decisions about my future. I have now accepted the voluntary redundancy and have enrolled in a Cert IV in design which will give me the perfect foundation to then pursue a career in graphic design, interior design, or web design. My husband and I have also decided to branch out with his line of business in a direction that compliments what I will be studying in design. So thank you very much for your time and honesty and 'matter of fact' approach.

Jill, Canberra
