Our Career Counsellors are experts in their field and have a wealth of experience across a variety of industries. They have extensive knowledge of a wide range of occupations, industries and courses and will give you professional, independent advice on your career, course and employment options. They have a strong commitment to client satisfaction and will ensure you receive the best tools available to move forward in your career.

Ellen Rodger is a Career Consultant with a professional background in Adult Education, Recruitment and Employment Services. She is an award winning writer with a Master of Arts (Creative Writing), a Group Trainer with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a CELTA qualified English Language Teacher. She is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

Prior to becoming a coach and career consultant, Amber spent over 12 years working in Human Resources at senior management level, specialising in career transition, coaching and leadership development. She began her career as a Singer and Artist, before starting her own creative arts school, which she successfully ran for over 10 years. A passionate teacher and photographer, Susie regularly tutors at the Central Coast Community College in Adobe Photoshop and is commissioned as a Creative Designer for Scrapper’s Guide in the United States.
For the last 5 years, she has worked extensively with school students, facilitating literacy and special needs programs. Catriona Meere

Born in the UK, Jackie and her family moved to Asia in the early nineties and lived in Singapore for ten years before settling in Melbourne, Australia in 2001. After working in hospitality for a prestigious group of hotels in London, Jackie embarked on a rewarding new career path in Singapore as a Relocation Consultant. This involved guiding new migrants through a period of change and transition in their lives, assisting them to assimilate into a different culture and adjust to a new work life balance. The move to Melbourne provided another opportunity for Jackie to develop and enhance her interpersonal skills and saw her move into the Education sector. Working with high school students, she assisted them with career advice and securing work placements. After 15 years in the workforce, and working in a variety of jobs in this time, I was unsure about what career direction I wanted to follow. Other than talking to close family and friends, I felt the need to seek some independent advice. I am a recent graduate, currently working full time in the corporate world. After working for past 9 months, I felt a deep sense of dissatisfaction with my job. It was then that I decided to see Suzie for career counselling. I found the first session immensely resourceful! From the psychometric and personality tests, I was able to gain a greater understanding of the jobs that were suited towards my personality. On top of this, Suzie was very patient, kind and attentive. After the session, I felt a greater sense of direction for my career and I am now on my way to becoming a primary school teacher. Suzie is also someone who goes "above and beyond" for you as she was able to give me some resume advice, helpful website links and some contacts in her own world working in my desired profession. I have been involved in a very draining job. I always had a vision in my head, however, I had no idea how to get there. With a demanding job and long hours, i could not do much research.
I needed help and was referred to Katie Roberts' site. I got in contact with Debbie whom was very helpful and provided great customer service. I was then referred to Ellen Rodger (Career Counsellor) whom listened to me and absolutely helped me by writing a plan to reach my goal with options that I did not even know existed!

I just wanted to let you know that I did decide on a new career path. I decided to study a Diploma in Fitness so that I hopefully can eventually work with at risk clients as a Personal Trainer. A few months ago you saw my son Corey for a session and gave him a lot of time and very good advice with some achievable goals. Corey has started a fitness course and is now in week 3 and managing his new life with high self esteem and hopes. You were able to match him with a career path with him feeling a real sense of self.
