Switching yourself on seminar

Do you love your work?

Are you performing at your best?

Are you achieving your full potential?

According to a recent survey conducted by Seek, 73% of people are either unhappy or indifferent to their job. Research shows that one of the key drivers of happiness and high achievement at work is exercising your strengths. In this interactive session, Career Consultant, Katie Roberts, will show you how to identify and harness your natural strengths and achieve 'flow' at work - the state of deep focus that occurs when you are optimally engaged in your work.

As part of this session, you will:

  • Gain an insight into your personality and what makes you ‘tick’;
  • Learn how to develop your natural strengths and talents;
  • Discover your preferred work style and ideal work environment;
  • Learn what motivates you to perform at your best; and
  • Be inspired to take action and achieve your full potential!

Through a combination of personal stories, funny anecdotes, innovative theories and practical tips, Katie will teach you how to 'switch yourself on' and achieve a happy and fulfilling career.
